PFG is based on a 54 hectare site in Springs, just outside Johannesburg. The company produces high quality Float glass and Rolled (patterned) glass at two separate manufacturing lines. PFG also has branches in Cape Town and Durban.

Algorithyms for the incorporation of time standards in the ERP Sytem were designed.

Detailed Time and Method Studies were performed for Production and Machine Change Overs. The time Standards ar incorporated in the ERP System and used for planning and costing puposes. Simulation models were designed for capacity planning material flow and material handling purposes.
