Barloworld Robor Gavanisers is South Africa's largest jobbing galvanising facility.
They are situated in Germiston, Gauteng Province. Robor Galvanisers has four galvanising
lines on a single site and is well equipped to handle any large project where high
volume is required.

Work Performed

Time Standards for Production and Machine Change Overs were derived from actual
performance in the past. Clockworks Productivity Analyser was implemented and the
time standards are used for performance measurement purposes as well as planning
and costing purposes in the ERP System.
