leading supplier of cement in Southern Africa.

Work Performed

Detailed Time and Method Studies were performed for Production and Machine Change
Overs. Clockworks Productivity Analyser was implemented and the time standards set
are used for performance measurement purposes. Many Productivity Improvement and
Manning Studies were performed.
